Recruitment Specialist will oversee the recruitment, implement and develop the best recruitment strategies within the operations area and make any necessary recommendations to change policies and procedures with prior written approval. She/He reports to the HRD Head.
Qualifications
A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent
With at least 3 to 5 years solid experience in recruitment and talent resourcing, preferably with experience in mass hiring
Available to start immediately
Applicants must be willing to work/report in Pulilan, Bulacan
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
