About the role

We are seeking an experienced Modular Installer to join our dynamic team at PHILBLANC COMPANY' in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a Modular Installer, you will be responsible for the efficient and precise installation of custom-made modular furniture, cabinetry, and other woodworking products. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team.

What you'll be doing

  1. Carefully measure, cut, and assemble modular furniture components to client specifications
  2. Ensure the proper installation of cabinetry, shelving, and other woodworking products
  3. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any installation-related concerns
  6. Assist with the occasional delivery and site preparation as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in modular furniture or cabinetry installation
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precise measurements
  3. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools commonly used in woodworking
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address installation challenges
  5. Commitment to safety and a willingness to learn and follow all safety protocols
  6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team
  7. A valid driver's license and the ability to transport tools and equipment as needed
