We are looking for Cybersecurity Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's information security strategy, policies, and programs. The role ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data, systems, and networks while ensuring compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory frameworks. This position involves both strategic planning and hands-on management of cybersecurity operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Security Strategy & Governance

  • Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures aligned with business and regulatory requirements (e.g.,
    SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA
    ).
  • Conduct risk assessments and create risk mitigation strategies for company assets and data.
  • Lead security awareness programs to strengthen the company's security culture.

2. Security Operations

  • Oversee daily monitoring of networks, systems, and applications for potential threats.
  • Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and remediation activities.
  • Respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents, including forensic investigations and root cause analysis.

3. Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and client security requirements.
  • Lead internal and external security audits (SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO
  • Maintain documentation and evidence for audit readiness.

4. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a team of IT security analysts/engineers.
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, HR, and Compliance teams to integrate security into all business processes.
  • Provide cybersecurity updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management.

5. Vendor & Technology Management

  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement security tools and technologies (firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, DLP, IAM, etc.).
  • Oversee third-party vendors and ensure they meet the organization's security standards.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
    (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum
    5–7 years of progressive experience
    in IT security, with at least
    2–3 years in a leadership/managerial role
    .
  • Strong background in
    risk management, incident response, security operations, and regulatory compliance
    .

Certifications (preferred/advantageous):

  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
  • CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
  • CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
  • CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
  • ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor

Skills & Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of
    network security, cloud security, application security, and endpoint protection
    .
  • Familiarity with
    firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, VPN, encryption, and DLP solutions
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and handle security incidents effectively.
