Psychometrician

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate behavioral and other technical support examinations for applicants.
• Conduct employment background checks for selected candidates prior to deployment.
• Review and endorse requirements of new hires during the onboarding process.
• Oversee the internship program and manage the application process of interns.
• Handle billing transactions and coordination with partnered agencies.
• Support recruitment activities by sourcing candidates and conducting interviews when necessary.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Psychometrician.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to a dynamic and changing work environment, with strong teamwork values.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to maintain and safeguard confidential information.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Ermita, Manila.
