One of our global clients is looking to hire professionals for multiple
Application Support
positions across the SAP ecosystem:

Application Support – Business Intelligence / SAP BW Analyst

• Provide administration, functional, and development support for SAP BW and global BI tools (Azure Data Factory, Power BI).
• Manage data modeling, ETL, process chains, BEx Queries, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and system performance.
• Ideal for professionals with
  6+ years of SAP BW experience
  and strong BI integration expertise.

Application Support – SAP ABAP Analyst (Level 2)

• Deliver end-to-end development and technical support for SAP systems.
• Design, code, debug, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, enhancements, and interfaces (BAPI, BADI, IDOC, SmartForms, ALV, LSMW).
• Work closely with functional, security, and basis teams to ensure high-quality technical solutions.
• Suitable for professionals with
  3–5 years of SAP ABAP development experience
  and strong analytical skills.

Application Support – SAP FICO Analyst (Level 2)

• Provide functional support for Finance and Controlling modules (FI/CO).
• Resolve incidents, perform configuration changes, and support integrations with MM and SD.
• Experience with SAP EBS, VAT, tax reporting, and financial reconciliations is a plus.
• Ideal for candidates with
  3–5 years of SAP FICO experience
  and strong finance process knowledge.

Application Support – SAP MM Analyst

• Deliver day-to-day functional support and enhancements within the Materials Management module.
• Troubleshoot procurement, inventory management, and logistics issues.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent business process documentation.
• Suitable for professionals with
  5+ years of SAP MM configuration and support experience
  .

Application Support – SAP Production Planning (PP) Analyst

• Provide functional support in Production Planning and Supply Chain modules (PP, MM, WM, QM).
• Diagnose issues, design configuration improvements, and support process optimization.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive efficient supply chain and production operations.
• Ideal for candidates with
  5+ years of SAP PP / MM / WM experience
  and strong supply chain knowledge.

Shift Schedule & Work Model

• Rotating shifts
  to support global operations across
  US, APAC, and EU time zones
  .
• Work model:
  Full-time
  in-office
  in Manila.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations for high-priority issues is required.

What You'll Do

Across all roles, you will:

• Provide
  Level 2 application support
  for SAP and BI systems.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Functional, Basis, Security, Project, Transition).
• Perform configuration, testing, and documentation following best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Participate in upgrades, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver excellent customer service and knowledge sharing to end-users.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for professionals who have:

• 3–6+ years
  of relevant SAP module experience.
• Hands-on technical or functional expertise
  in one or more modules: BI/BW, ABAP, FICO, MM, PP, WM.
• Experience with
  SAP ECC6
  (S/4HANA knowledge is a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in
  global, cross-functional teams
  .
• Familiarity with
  ServiceNow (ITSM)
  and
  ITIL processes
  .
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Flexibility to work
  rotating shifts across US, APAC, and EU time zones
  while based in-office in Manila.
