Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, support the front-of-house team, and help maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily front-of-house restaurant operations.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient service that meets customer satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and manage staff performance to maintain service quality.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist with scheduling and delegating tasks to team members.
  • Support in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to management for operational improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or management training is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
