Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to handle a variety of hands-on tasks including painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, and installation work. This role plays a key part in maintaining the quality, safety, and appearance of our facilities and ensuring minor repairs are completed with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality painting and carpentry work for maintenance and improvement projects
  • Carry out minor plumbing repairs and installation of fixtures or equipment
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
  • Inspect work areas and report issues needing further attention
  • Ensure all tools and materials are used safely and maintained properly
  • Travel to various site locations using own motorcycle

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in painting and carpentry
  • Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques for carpentry and painting
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or construction documents
  • With a valid driver's license and personal motorcycle for site visits
