Job Title: Office Driver / Liaison

Job Summary:

The Office Driver / Liaison is responsible for providing safe and timely transportation for company personnel and materials, as well as serving as a point of communication between the office and other branches or external partners. This role ensures smooth operations, reliable coordination, and compliance with company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive company vehicles for official errands, deliveries, and transportation of staff.
  • Act as a liaison between the office and other branches, suppliers, or clients, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and deliveries.
  • Inspect and maintain vehicles to ensure safety and proper working condition; report any issues immediately.
  • Assist in the coordination of office logistics, including delivery of documents, parcels, or office supplies.
  • Follow company policies, traffic regulations, and safety protocols at all times.
  • Support the team with other administrative or operational tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle assigned.
  • Proven experience as a driver and/or liaison preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.

Working Conditions:

  • May involve long hours, including early mornings or late evenings.
  • Frequent travel between branches or external locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
