As a Senior NetSuite Implementation Lead, owning end-to-end ERP delivery across discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. You'll lead solution design, oversee quality assurance, deliver training, and ensure projects align with business objectives. Your expertise will shape how global teams adopt NetSuite to streamline operations and improve decision-making.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP
• 10+ end-to-end, full-cycle NetSuite implementations
• Demonstrated experience operating at a lead or senior consultant level, providing solution guidance and advising stakeholders on best practices
• Background as an IT, Business, or Finance Consultant
• Proven exposure to Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and Multi-Book accounting processes
• Full professional proficiency in English, with strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills (including MS PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex workstreams independently
• Experience collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams across regions
• High level of autonomy, initiative, and accountability, with a demonstrated track record of delivering results in senior consulting roles

Preferred / Desired Qualifications

• NetSuite ERP Certification
• Experience with SuiteProjects and SuiteProjects Pro
• CPA bachelor's degree
• ARM and Multi-book authorized certificate

Your Responsibilities:

• Participate in business process discovery efforts by engaging with business users and understanding their immediate needs
• Identify gaps against current systems and leading practices
• Conceive and propose solutions
• Develop high-level and detailed process flows
• Configure NetSuite following SuiteSuccess methodology
• Propose work-arounds for gaps
• Write functional specifications to convert business requirements into features to be developed or configured by the development team
• Always ensure alignment to end-to-end solutions
• Prepare use cases and test scripts
• Conduct quality assurance, unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing
• Work with business users to coordinate final testing and deployment
• Document best practices
• Prepare training documents and train people
• Manage projects and tasks related to day-to-day activities
