Scope of Work: Under the general guidance and supervision of the Executive Chef and within the limits established by City Garden GRAND Hotel, in charge of food production for ala carte, banquet functions and regular buffets.Functions:
- Strictly adheres to all recipes, methods and instructions from Executive Chef. Keeps himself aware of the importance of quality of food and makes every effort to prepare the best product possible.
- Maintains an organized and efficient flow of production, with regard to changes in forecast and menus.
- Properly prepares and checks all food quality to its expected standards. Consistently checks temperatures in food and follow proper procedures in regard to chilling, reheating and holding food.
- Responsible in ensuring the cleanliness, proper handling and maintenance in the kitchen area.
- Makes sure that the NO ORDER SLIP, NO FOOD policy is strictly implemented.
- Assists the Executive Chef in all necessary purchase requisition.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
