Project In-Charge

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Knowledgeable on all contract documents pertaining to Construction or Project Site
• Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly project cost reports
• Knowledgeable in checking and balance Project budget (Budget vs. Actual)
• Examines and reviews unusual cost records and ensures cost data is allocated correctly to its cost center
• Perform Quality Control checks throughout all stages of the project schedule
• Assists procurement dept. for timely delivery of project requisitions
• Assist in preparing RFI/RFA from construction plans
• Assisting his Project Manager of his site as to project flow and requisitions
• Assist procurement dept. for timely delivery of project requisitions
• Validating Liquidations of the Budget requested by the sites
• Daily and Weekly update in monitoring of project accomplishments from Project Site Engineers with Weekly Project Accomplishment Report to be submitted to the Finance Department and to the President
• Coordinates with the sub-contractors for billings
• MUST have a COSH certifications.
• Provide field technical supervision for all trades and other tasks as required up to finishing sub-con
• Perform other duties as requested by the PM/OM and/or President

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer with minimum 8 years in vertical construction
• With strong written and communication skills
• Has the ability to perform detailed work accurately
• Team player
• Must be organized in maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with the other workers and managers
• Has the ability to communicate progress to both technical- and management-level personnel
• Has the ability to make presentations and effectively lead project team meetings
• Knowledgeable in estimating materials, equipment and other items as specified on construction plans
• Can work with INTEGRITY
• Can start ASAP
