Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries
• Promote and sell products or services to customers
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
• Close sales and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve sales processes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adapt to changing customer needs and priorities
