Position Title: Corporate Planning Associate/ Officer

Job classification: Individual Contributor/ Semi-experienced level

The Corporate Planning Specialist/ Officer primarily assists the organization in monitoring business plans of the different divisions. Ensures reports are gathered and analyzed timely for distribution to the Executive and Management Committees.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates and participates in organizational review activities involving development, implementation and evaluation of knowledge management system that provides necessary information and support to management processes.
  • Initiates reviews of the organizational report templates/ formats, and sets off necessary updates.
  • Assists in the development, monitoring and evaluation of the division's operational plans and budget.
  • Assists the ODCP Division Head and Corporate Planning Section Head, and may collaborate with the Research Officer, in the full cycle of the research and feedback programs (data gathering, tool development, implementation, monitoring and reporting) covering, but not limited to the following activities: Environmental Scanning (external research including industry trends and forecasts), and Organization Climate Survey
  • Assures that quality does not get compromised in all day-to-day operations of the business unit.
  • Contributes to divisional initiatives in order to effect positive changes in the entire organization.
  • Assists in various communication engagements, information dissemination activities, logistics and conduct of surveys that will significantly contribute to the corporate planning efforts of the organization.
  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time.

Qualifications

  • College Graduate, preferably with major in: Business Administration/ Management, Management Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or any business-related course
  • At least 2 years working experience.
  • Experience in the related function or industry is an advantage but not a strict requirement
  • Can converse well in English--both oral and written
  • Familiarity of the Balanced Score Card principle
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Creative presentation and technological skills (knowledge in MS office applications, Google applications and Canva)

  • Santa Rosa City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
