IT Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Provide user support by troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, implementing corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalate to other technical resources as appropriate
• Provide support in managing the following:

a. Network and Wi-Fi;

b. Anti-virus system, firewall system, and virtual private network (VPN)

c. Active directory

d. Internet protocol (IP) private branch exchange (PBX) and IP phones

e. Email exchange, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and Intune

f. Data back-up of email and systems

g. Network attached storage (NAS)

• Provide users with technical support in setting up servers, routers, switches, and hubs
• Assist in setting up meeting equipment such as computers, projectors, (LED) TV, webcam, sound system, etc
• Handle user complaints and concerns to achieve set quality objectives
• Provide support in system maintenance and repair
• Perform other jobs in the IT Department that may be assigned

• Education: Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent course
• Experience: With at least one year related work experience
