About the Role

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Makati. This role involves assisting customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as online channels, depending on client requirements. You will provide customer support and help resolve routine concerns about products or services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure service delivered meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use available tools to provide resolution.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while building rapport.
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Maintain working knowledge of client products and services.
  • Accurately document and update customer accounts.
  • Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Offer additional products or services when appropriate.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
  • Escalate inquiries to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff when necessary.

Candidate Profile

  • At least a high school graduate; previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Courteous, with strong customer service orientation.
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Patient, professional, and maintains a positive tone in all customer interactions.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts as required.
