The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Remote eMarketer to own and accelerate our sales growth across key global platforms. This isn't a generic marketing role. You will be the architect of our online sales engine, fusing deep platform expertise with advanced AI tools to create a seamless, high-converting customer journey from discovery to purchase.

Key Responsibilities:
· Platform Management & Strategy: Take full ownership of our storefronts on Amazon, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Develop and execute end-to-end strategies for product listings, sales promotions, and marketplace advertising.
· Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize marketing analytics to monitor KPIs, conduct competitor analysis, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
· AI-Driven Social Selling ("AI带货"): Be our in-house expert on AI带货. Create and implement strategies to use AI influencers and AI-generated content effectively to drive product discovery and sales.
· Seamless Social-to-Shop Integration: Masterfully product-link all social and discovery channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) directly to our e-commerce shops, creating a frictionless path to purchase.
· AI Video Workflow Optimization: Manage and optimize the complete workflow for generating high-performing AI videos. This includes prompt engineering, utilizing the full toolchain for generation and editing, and A/B testing to enhance sales conversion rates.
· Automation & Efficiency: Continuously seek out and implement new tools and processes to automate repetitive tasks, from ad generation to performance reporting.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves):
· A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing, operating, and growing sales on at least two of the following: Amazon, Lazada, TikTok Shop.
· Proven, demonstrable experience in AI带货 (AI Livestreaming/e-commerce) and using AI tools to create promotional content.
· Expertise in linking social media discovery to e-commerce conversion, with a deep understanding of the user journey on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
· Full conversance with the complete workflow and toolchain for AI video generation (e.g., tools for avatar creation, voice synthesis, video editing AI, etc.). You don't just use one app; you understand how to chain tools for maximum efficiency and quality.
· Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics platforms and sales data interpretation.
· A self-starter mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
