As a
Client Returns Advocate I
with Insight, you will hold a position that you will be the primary point of contact for all post-sales client requests. This position will assist both internal and external clients with their requests via the phone, E-mail, and IM. They will utilize SAP, manufacturer websites, and vendor websites to research and resolve client issues. The role will also be required to interact cross functionally with various internal Insight departments. Along the way, you will identify and drive continuous process improvement efforts.

We Are Looking For a Staff Accountant II With

• Bachelor's degree in any course/ Associate level
• 6 months – 1 year work experience in Customer Service in any industry
• Familiarity with MS Applications
• Good communication skill both written and verbal
