About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated intern to support our office operations team across key administrative functions. This internship provides valuable exposure to vendor coordination, payment processing, fixed asset management, and general office administration.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor & Payment Support

    • Assist in coordinating with vendors and maintaining vendor records

    • Support processing of vendor invoices, petty cash claims, and payment documentation

    • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment

  • Fixed Asset & Inventory Management

    • Assist in tracking and tagging of fixed assets across the office

    • Help maintain an accurate and up-to-date asset register

    • Support periodic asset audits and reporting

  • Office & Facilities Administration

    • Support the day-to-day running of office facilities, including maintenance coordination

    • Assist with access card/pass administration for staff and visitors

    • Maintain proper filing of administrative and compliance documents

About You:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)

  • Proactive, dependable, and eager to gain practical experience in office operations
