Planning Engineer

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a Registered Electrical Engineer or Registered Civil Engineer​;
• With at least three (3) years working experience as a Planning Engineer in a Renewable Energy or Construction setting​;
• Experience in a Solar Farm Project is an advantage​;
• Amenable to in Tuy, Batangas

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible in aligning quantity, manpower, and equipment loading with the work program, ensuring realistic and feasible resource allocations by coordinating with relevant departments to validate accuracy;
• Establishes rules of credit and clear guidelines to measure and update activity progress, ensuring accurate reporting and validation with project teams and site;
• Updates the work program with actual progress data, analyze schedules for deviations, align with the project team, communicate the lookahead plan, identify potential risks, and collaborate on mitigation plans.
