About the role

As a Cashier at Borough Medical Care Institute Inc.', you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our healthcare facility located in Pasay City Metro Manila. What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately processing a high volume of cash, credit, and debit transactions for patient services
  2. Balancing cash drawers and preparing daily bank deposits
  3. Maintaining an organized and well-stocked cashier's station
  4. Providing friendly and professional customer service to patients and their families
  5. Answering inquiries about billing, insurance, and payment policies
  6. Assisting with other administrative duties as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
  2. Excellent numerical and computational skills with a strong attention to detail
  3. Proficient in using cash registers, credit card terminals, and other relevant financial technology
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide a positive patient experience
  5. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in medical billing or accounting is a plus
