CAD Operator

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all technicalities concerning the project are being followed.
• Determine the quality of goods prior to delivery / shipping
• Implements relevant emergency response procedures during emergency situations
• Ensures that all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly
• Provide list of materials needed in the project.
• Monitors and request materials needed for the production
• Inspects construction sites and verifies compliance to plans and dimensions specifications.
• Identifies site problems that may affect the construction of the items concerned.
• Supervises and provides instructions to the installation team
• Ensure that plans and specifications are being met during installation work
• Performs other job-related functions that may be assigned from time to time
• Prepares and/or revises detailed drawings using computer aided design software as required.
• Writing technical related documents.
• Ensure that all drawings are accurate and meet the requirements
• Update existing drawings; documents and keeps an updated directory of drawings.
• Maintains an updated and organized files and soft copy of project documents.
• Maintain files on a per project location.
• Prepares weekly drawing status report.
• Plots the final engineering drawing using the standard format.
• Obtain customer orders for product deliveries including product style, color, delivery date, address, and phone number
• Creates technical drawings to prepare plans, shop drawings, key plans and perspective using CAD software or if necessary, using manual drawing only.

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate of a bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or other related fields
• Certifications in operation management and safety standards is an advantage
• With excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
• With at least 2 years' work experience in production
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
• With practical computer knowledge and use (Microsoft)
• Good supervisory/people management skills
• Good understanding of key deliverables and priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
