Olongapo City, Central Luzon, Philippines MICHIGAN SUPPLY AND SOLUTIONS INC. Full time ₱150,000 - ₱250,000 per year

Specific Job Functions:

  • Assist in stocking in the ponds and cast feed during culture period;
  • Apply the required amount of limes and probiotics in the ponds/tank as required by the farm manager;
  • Check screens at inlets/outlets ponds, replace/repair damaged screens;
  • Check feed trays, report results, adjust deed rations; periodically sample shrimp and ponds to determine the average weight and shrimp per pond;
  • Clean designated pond during time of culture;
  • Assist in harvesting;
  • Responsible for cleaning the ponds after stocking and assist maintenance team in preparing the pond for the next crop; and
  • Perform other assigned and related tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years experience as pond Aide (Shrimp)
