CASHIER / FOOD ATTENDANT (All-Around Service Crew)

Job Summary:

The Cashier / Food Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling billing and payments, assisting guests, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards in the café.

Key Responsibilities

Cashier / Billing

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with orders
  • Operate POS system: encode orders, print receipts, update transactions
  • Handle payments accurately (cash, card, e-wallet)
  • Maintain change fund and ensure proper cash handling
  • Perform cashier reporting, cash count, and end-of-day reconciliation
  • Follow proper guidelines for discounts (Senior/PWD), promos, and vouchers

Guest Service / Food Attendant

  • Assist guests with seating and basic inquiries
  • Serve food and beverages properly (dine-in and takeout)
  • Pack food items properly (packed meals / pastries / drinks)
  • Clear and reset tables, replenish supplies when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and service area
  • Assist in counter refilling, checking food presentation (if applicable)
  • Follow sanitation and food safety standards at all times
  • Support team operations during peak hours and events

Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School graduate / College level
  • With experience in café/restaurant service or cashiering is an advantage
  • Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
  • Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
  • Can work fast-paced shifts and handle multiple tasks
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
