IT Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the IT Department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of hospital IT systems.
• Oversee the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of Bizbox HIS modules (Clinical, Billing, Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, etc.).
• Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with healthcare IT standards and regulations.
• Manage hospital IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases, and communication systems.
• Coordinate with department heads, clinicians, and end-users to optimize workflows and system utilization.
• Lead IT-related projects including HIS upgrades, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to IT staff and end-users.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for system updates, troubleshooting, and support services.
• Monitor IT budget, manage procurement of IT resources, and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with Bizbox HIS modules, implementation, customization, or administration.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, hospital workflows, and compliance requirements (e.g., DOH, PhilHealth, data privacy).
• Proficiency in database management (MS SQL), networking, system security, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
