Architect

Job Summary:

• Responsible for overseeing the daily construction monitoring and management of the assigned site, ensuring that all work is executed according to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the construction schedule for assigned project sites
• Monitor and track project timelines, ensuring construction milestones are met
• Prepare and provide weekly and monthly construction progress reports
• Review, evaluate, and approve contractors' billing submissions
• Assess and process all claims and change orders related to the project
• Coordinate with the planning and design teams for verification of Construction Plans, RFAs, and RFIs
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings with clients, project teams, and stakeholders
• Oversee the design and execution of both commercial and residential projects, ensuring architectural integrity and compliance
• Perform daily site inspections and ensure safety standards are followed
• Review and validate project cost estimates, change orders, and overall construction expenses
• Represent the owner in project coordination meetings, ensuring alignment with design and quality objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (licensed or unlicensed)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction, with a focus on interior fit-out works
• Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented, with a high regard for accuracy and quality
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage tight deadlines
