Position Overview
We are seeking a Communications Manager to lead and elevate internal and external communications. Based in our Manila office, this role will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic messaging across all channels.
You will play a key role in shaping how we connect with employees, partners, stakeholders, and the public — ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with our mission and brand. The role also involves managing the communications calendar, supporting change management initiatives, and collaborating closely with the CEO and other senior leaders. Additionally, you will supervise the Copywriter and partner with social, web, and creative teams to bring messages to life across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal and external communications strategies that support the organization's mission, culture, and growth.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on messaging, announcements, and change management initiatives.
- Lead company-wide internal communications, including newsletters, CEO updates, policy rollouts, intranet content, and employee announcements.
- Create and manage the enterprise-wide communications calendar in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media statements, and other public-facing content, including responses to reputational risks.
- Partner with social media, web, and creative teams to amplify communications across digital channels.
- Manage and mentor the Copywriter while collaborating with HR, recruitment, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support employer branding, recruitment messaging, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive internal communications tied to DEIAB, culture-building programs, and recognition efforts.
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment of all communications with brand voice and executive direction.
- Measure and track communications effectiveness, identifying opportunities to improve reach, impact, and engagement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or employee engagement.
- Strong background managing both internal and external communications; agency or in-house experience welcome.
- Proven expertise in executive communications, crisis management, and change communications.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ) and communications platforms (e.g., intranet, email marketing, digital publishing tools).
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or workforce communications.
- Bonus: Experience supporting HR or recruitment-related communications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php140, Php150,000.00 per month
