Net Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain C# / .NET backend services supporting manufacturing workflows
• Build and consume REST APIs for manufacturing transactions, inquiries, and commit operations
• Integrate backend services with MES systems (e.g., Camstar) and related manufacturing platforms
• Support material movement across manufacturing stages (shop floor, staging, production)
• Implement and enforce business rules and validations tied to manufacturing operations
• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and data models for transaction-heavy systems
• Work with XML and configuration-driven logic
• Develop automated workers/services with robust logging, retry, and exception-handling mechanisms
• Perform unit and functional testing; support system integration testing
• Assist in production rollout, stabilization, and ongoing support
• Document APIs, system logic, and workflows; participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience with C# / .NET (.NET Core preferred)
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• SQL skills (queries, joins, performance tuning awareness)
• Comfortable maintaining and extending existing codebases
• Knowledgable in debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have (Big Plus/ Not required)

• Experience with Manufacturing or MES systems (Camstar, Opcenter, or similar)
• Knowledge of WMS, E-POU, Pull List, or MRP concepts
• Experience with transaction-heavy, high-volume systems
• Background in automation, background services, or worker-based architectures
• Familiarity with XML-driven configurations
