Project Nurse

1. Administers first aid and other necessary medical attention to an injured person

2. Accompanies the patient to the nearest hospital if the case warrants and facilitates the necessary procedural processes

3. Prepares and keeps records of medical-related incidents, medicines, and other medical paraphernalia

4. Implements Health Education and Wellness Program

5. Monitors Pre-Employment and Annual Medical Examination of all project employees

6. Performs other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary

7. Serves as the Secretary of the Project EHS Department

8. Conducts routine inspection of temporary facilities with regards to proper hygiene and sanitation of the area

9. Report directly to the EHS Officers

10. Implements and complies with ISO 9001: current version – QMS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
