The client  is an impact finance platform that connects companies that need funding for sustainable projects with individuals and organizations who want to invest sustainably. they are growing, both in terms of size and impact generated. They were born in Portugal in 2017 but have since then financed projects and grown a large community of investors all around the world. In 2022, our community invested as much as the total invested in the previous years together since the company was funded. They are looking for smart creative people who want to take part in our mission to democratize the financial sector, for the good of people and our planet.

About the Role

We're looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our team and help us build robust, scalable, and user-centric web applications. In this role, you'll be working across the stack—contributing to everything from backend logic to frontend experiences—with a focus on clean architecture and modern development practices.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel) and
  • Design, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs to ensure smooth communication across services.
  • Work with Redis for caching and performance optimization.
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., deployments, monitoring, scaling).
  • Collaborate with other developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Participate in code reviews and help improve coding standards and workflows.
  • Stay updated on new tools and practices to continuously improve the development process.

Qualifications

  • What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience (minimum) as a Fullstack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong experience with PHP (Laravel) and
  • Solid understanding of integrating and working with REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and real-time data.
  • Familiar with cloud infrastructure and deployment (AWS, GCP, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in English in a multicultural team.
  • Passion for tech, continuous learning, and building for purpose-driven products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
