  • Can work with least Technical Supervision;
  • Can do materials ordering with proper specs/ratings/quantity.
  • Assist in proper and safe execution or renovation works and other electrical, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance.
  • Assist in ensuring that all maintenance works are done safely.
  • Assist in minor troubleshooting and repairs like replacement of busted light bulbs, repair of non-working switches and outlets, and plumbing works.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php723.00 per day
