JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for timely renewal of permits and licenses, accurate preparation and submission of BIR returns, and proper recording and reporting of financial transactions in compliance with government regulations and company policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
I. PERMITS AND LICENSES
Process business permit renewal annually and payment annually and quarterly.
Secure business-related certifications (Sanitary, CENRO, Fire, Compliance, etc.) .
II. BIR COMPLIANCE
Prepare, file, and monitor tax returns including 1601C, 0619E, 1601EQ 2550Q, and 1702Q.
Submit BIR Reports such as Monthly Alphalist of Payees, Summary List of Sales, Purchases, and Importations.
Prepare and submit Annual ITR-related reports such as 1604CF, 1604E, Alphalists of Withholding Taxes.
Monitor, scan, and submit creditable withholding tax (BIR Form 2307) forms.
Maintain Zero-Rated requirements of zero-rated customers.
Process annual renewal and filing of Books of Accounts.
Recording transactions in Manual Books of Accounts.
III. ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS
Prepare sales and purchase/expense reports for withholding and VAT compliance.
Handle daily encoding of cash reports in MS Excel monitoring file.
Encode assigned supplier's invoices and filing of vouchers.
Safe keeping of assigned supplier invoices for purchase recording.
Processing and preparation of requirements of Letter of Credit application to the bank.
IV. OTHERS
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the Tax Compliance Officer and Assistant Accounting Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- A graduate of bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in tax compliance, permits processing, or accounting support.
- Experience with BIR eFPS/eBIRForms is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Taxation Laws, BIR Processes, and Government regulatory requirements.
Business permit application and renewal procedures.
Basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
Knowledgeable in QNE Accounting System or other Accounting Systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in report preparation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
