Competency Level:

  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Operations Management or similar qualification and field of study
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience is an advantage including in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry, but fresh graduates with very good scholastic records are welcome to apply
  • Very good computer skills with familiarity in MS Office Suite especially MS Outlook and MS Excel
  • Must be resourceful and assertive with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and values attention to details, planning, and time-management
  • Excellent documentation skills

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review and monitor Forwarder's In-transit Reports.
  • Communicates with various CS or Associate Customer Operations & forwarders/couriers, internal & external customers worldwide to identify and resolve requirements to move and deliver import and export shipments especially hot and urgent shipments.
  • Proactively identify, resolve and report any transportation issues or delays in coordination with transportation service providers
  • Pro-active communication of transportation-related risks, including supply chain disruptions, environmental delays, and geopolitical factor
  • Analyze reports to generate actionable insights and support continuous improvement & cost savings initiatives.
  •  Implements cost saving programs in all aspects of Logistics.
