They also help with inventory, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with Repairs and Maintenance:This involves helping with tasks like engine disassembly and reassembly, brake inspections, and replacing parts.
• Maintaining Tools and Equipment:This includes cleaning, organizing, and storing tools, as well as ensuring equipment is in good working order.
• Performing Basic Tasks:This may include tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance procedures.
• Keeping the Workspace Clean and Safe:This involves maintaining a tidy and hazard-free work area, including cleaning the shop and disposing of waste properly.
• Following Instructions:Mechanic helpers work under the guidance of experienced mechanics, so they must be able to follow instructions and learn from their supervisors.
• Communicating Effectively:They should be able to communicate with mechanics and other team members to coordinate tasks and report on progress.
