About the Role

Clinica Prime Cebu Inc. is looking for a skilled Phlebotomist to perform high-quality venipuncture and capillary collection procedures for diagnostic purposes, including mobile operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and committed to providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture on patients.
  • Ensure accurate specimen labeling, handling, and timely transport
  • Verify patient identity and uphold confidentiality at all times
  • Assist in mobile clinic setup and preparation
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of phlebotomy equipment
  • Follow all safety and infection control protocols
  • Support other clinical and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • BS Nursing graduate or related field; phlebotomy training preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification (CPT, PBT) is an advantage
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience as a phlebotomist
  • Strong venipuncture and patient interaction skills
  • Knowledge of medical procedures and EMR systems
  • Can work efficiently under pressure and in mobile settings
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
