Job Description

The Feeds Business Solutions Manager is responsible for leading Sales Operations and Solutions for the Agribusiness Philippines Feeds team. The role drives operational excellence through data-driven insights, digital transformation, and service innovation. As a Manager, he ensures business processes, systems, and tools are optimized to support commercial and operational goals. This position is critical in enabling a responsive, customer-centric, and future-ready sales support organization.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, IT, Finance, or any related course.

  • Advanced training in data analytics, project management, or sales systems is a plus.

Experience:

  • At least 5–7 years of work experience, with a strong background in Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or Commercial Support.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Experience in agribusiness, manufacturing, or FMCG industries is an advantage.

Licenses/Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):

  • SAP-related certifications (e.g., SAP SD, SAP Analytics Cloud) are a plus

  • SME Certification in business operations, sales, or analytics is an advantage

  • Certifications in data analytics, sales operations, or project management (e.g., Power BI, PMP, Six Sigma) are also valued

Other Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen and commercial orientation

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

  • Advanced skills in Excel, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and CRM systems

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive structured execution

  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
