· Responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of administrative policies and procedures by analyzing current practices and developing strategies that will improve efficiency, productivity, or profitability.
Responsible in the implementation of programs and activities related to employee welfare and involvement council.
Administrative
Oversees admin activities and functions and ensures that proper implementation of policies are being executed.
Updates and implements all necessary policies as needed and suggests necessary improvements in Admin processes for efficiency and productivity.
Ensures that all administrative services provided meets the standard customer satisfaction as defined in surveys.
Interfaces with internal employees and external partners regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.
Outsources and manages inventory of office/ admin supplies and other Non-Production Product (NPP) as needed based on the cost analysis/ utilization report.
Reviews and requests payment for standard bills such as building rental, handy phone, telephone and other admin related billings for company.
Coordinates GA related concerns to EHS and Facilities and ensures that the regular housekeeping audits on areas such as, but not limited to the following common areas; Offices, Rest rooms, Conference Room, Stock Room, Locker room and Pantry are being performed.
Ensures compliance of canteen concessionaire to the following: Environment, Health & Safety, Nutrition, and Legal requirements.
Travel
Ensures that travel arrangements are made with consideration on cost, security and safety.
Conducts travel orientation and ensures proper implementation of travel, gasoline and per diem policies.
Creates and reviews the partnership made with hotels, car rental providers and other travel partners.
Ensures cost competitiveness of the services provided by the partners.
Reviews billing statements of hotels, car rentals etc. and requests for payment of bills.
Maintains documents and processes visas, AEP and other permits of company foreign visitors or employees (expats).
Employee Welfare
- Organizes employee programs and activities that the company should undertake to achieve and maintain industrial peace, harmony and goodwill in the factory. Such programs are:
a. Employee Welfare and Involvement Council, supervises committees created to implement the employee programs and activities for the following committees: Socials, Fund Generation, Outreach, Sports & Leisure, Health & Wellness
b. Corporate Social Responsibilities and Recognition Programs (Yearend Party, Company Outing, Service Awards, Employee Reward & Recognition).
Handles request for shuttle service that are related to regular and special trips and monitors the performance of the service provider.
Coordinates to the internal and external providers the vehicle service request of employees and makes necessary scheduling per user.
Performs other functions that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time.
Education :
Graduate of any 4-year college course; preferably Psychology or other related courses.
Experience :
At least three to four (3-4) years related work experience in the field of manufacturing environment.
