Overview
Our clienta boutique eCommerce marketing agencyis hiring a Senior Amazon PPC & Paid Advertising Account Manager. You will lead strategy and execution for a portfolio of marketplace ad accounts while acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Expect to design data-driven programs, communicate insights with clarity, and align cross-functional partners to deliver growth and efficiency with minimal oversight.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary client partner, building trust through clear communication, proactive expectation-setting, and executive-level updates.
Own end-to-end Amazon Advertising strategy (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) aligned to revenue, efficiency, and profitable scale.
Direct day-to-day optimisation: keyword/audience management, bids, budgets, placements, experiments, and catalogue/listing readiness.
Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and present actionable recommendations, forecasts, and next steps.
Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure ads, assets, and listings are cohesive and conversion-ready.
Anticipate risks and opportunities; problem-solve with sound judgement and high EQ.
Stay current on platform features, policies, and best practices; translate changes into account roadmaps.
When needed, support strategy across adjacent channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) to complement marketplace performance.
Outstanding English communication (written and verbal); able to explain strategy, results, and recommendations with confidence.
Proven track record leading Amazon PPC accounts with measurable success in scaling revenue and improving efficiency.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data, spotting patterns, building hypotheses, and taking decisive action.
Experience across broader paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is advantageous.
Proactive self-starter who can manage multiple accounts and deadlines independently.
Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset and strong social/emotional intelligence.
Typically 5+ years relevant experience in marketplace advertising or paid media (or equivalent capability).
