Job Title: Safety Man

Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna

Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time Position

Qualifications:

• College graduate (Engineering course preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health / Production
• Knowledge of OSH standards and compliance requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and promoting Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs in compliance with company objectives, targets, and government requirements
• Conduct workplace safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments (including workplace standards, PPE, equipment availability, and emergency preparedness)
• Monitor audit results and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly
• Coordinate regular safety meetings and support the implementation of safety countermeasures
• Investigate accidents, monitor incidents, and recommend effective solutions
• Assist in hazard identification, risk assessment, and determining controls for operations and special projects
• Prepare and deliver safety trainings for line personnel
• Submit and monitor traffic and safety reports
• Lead safety performance meetings and ensure compliance with safety manuals
• Perform other safety-related tasks as assigned
