Job Summary:

The QMS Head is responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the organization's Quality Management System in compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, DOH, JCI, etc.). This role ensures that quality processes are integrated into all operations, driving organizational excellence, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management System Leadership
  • Develop, implement, and oversee the organization's QMS policies, procedures, and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, local regulations, and accreditation requirements.
  • Plan and lead management reviews of the QMS.
  • Audit and Compliance
  • Establish and manage internal audit programs to ensure effectiveness of QMS processes.
  • Coordinate external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
  • Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are effectively implemented.
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for quality improvement across all departments.
  • Lead root cause analyses and recommend process enhancements.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Training and Awareness
  • Conduct QMS orientation and training programs for employees.
  • Build awareness and ownership of quality standards and compliance across the organization.
  • Documentation and Records Management
  • Oversee control of QMS documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper version control.
  • Ensure quality records are properly maintained and readily available.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
  • Supervise the Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement team (if applicable).
  • Work closely with department heads to integrate quality objectives into operational goals.
  • Report QMS performance, audit results, and improvement initiatives to top management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php66, Php72,000.00 per month
