JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS is an advantage.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
  • Coordinate manpower planning and ensure timely filling of vacancies.
  • Supervise onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Act as point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Ensure discipline and compliance with company code of conduct.
  • Monitor accurate and timely processing of payroll in coordination with Finance.
  • Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee benefits programs.
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Deal with employee request regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Conduct investigations, issue notices, and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Coordinate with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celeb.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and analytics for management review.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned at any given time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
