Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive data & systems administrator to support the ongoing data quality, cleanup, and maintenance across our sales, billing, and licensing platforms. This role will also provide key administrative support ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, while also assisting with system-related operational tasks.

This position will be working remotely in Manila.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular data cleanup, validation, and deduplication activities across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business platforms.
• Monitor data quality and proactively flag inconsistencies, errors, or gaps for resolution.
• Support the creation, maintenance, and updates of records, reports, and dashboards.
• Execute data uploads, exports, and reconciliations as required.
• Provide administrative support for system enhancements, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, billing, licensing, and finance teams to ensure accurate data across systems.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years of experience in data management, administration, or system support.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms (experience with Salesforce or NetSuite a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Strong skill using Excel and other MicroSoft office products; experience with data import/export tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong process orientation with the ability to create, refine, and follow structured workflows to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Demonstrates a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities to learn, adapt, and apply new skills in a dynamic environment.
