We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Oracle Practice Lead / Director
to head the Oracle capability for a global consulting and technology delivery organization. This senior leadership role will be pivotal in driving the practice's growth, delivery excellence, and strategic direction across Oracle solutions and services.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Oracle leader with extensive experience in transformation delivery, people leadership, and capability development — someone who can balance technical depth, business acumen, and organizational influence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    Oracle practice strategy and roadmap
    , ensuring alignment with global business objectives and client delivery goals.
  • Oversee
    end-to-end Oracle delivery
    across Cloud ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, and related solutions.
  • Drive
    capability building and talent development
    , ensuring continuous upskilling of technical and functional teams.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to define
    solution offerings, delivery frameworks, and innovation priorities.
  • Ensure consistent delivery excellence through strong
    governance, process optimization, and quality assurance.
  • Serve as a
    strategic advisor
    for Oracle transformation programs and complex solution implementations.
  • Build and nurture
    high-performing teams
    , fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.
  • Represent the Oracle capability in leadership discussions, driving initiatives that strengthen practice maturity and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years of experience
    in Oracle consulting, delivery, or transformation leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in
    managing large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs
    (ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM).
  • Deep understanding of
    Oracle Cloud architecture, integration, and implementation best practices.
  • Strong background in
    practice management
    , including P&L oversight, resourcing, and operational leadership.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a
    global, matrixed environment
    with distributed delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a
    consulting, advisory, or shared services organization.
  • Recognized Oracle certifications or equivalent credentials.
  • Exposure to
    workforce transformation, cloud enablement, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in
    building and scaling technology practices
    or centers of excellence.
