About the role

One Technodrug Lifesciences Inc' is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This full-time position will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our pharmacy and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting licensed pharmacists in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of prescription medications
  2. Maintaining accurate inventory records and ordering supplies as needed
  3. Answering patient inquiries and providing information about medications, dosages, and usage
  4. Organising and maintaining the pharmacy's storage and filing systems
  5. Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and pharmacy protocols
  6. Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive patient experience

What we're looking for

  1. High school diploma or equivalent, with formal training or certification in pharmacy assisting preferred
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  4. Proficient in using pharmacy-specific software and basic computer applications
  5. A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  6. Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmaceutical names, and dosage forms
