UALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Prior experience in automotive parts administrative or related fields.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic marketing skills for supporting promotional activities.
- Keen attention to detail for accurate inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate automotive parts inventory; conduct regular audits and address discrepancies.
· Monitor stock levels and reorder parts to prevent stockouts; manage inter-branch stock movements.
· Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery; place/process orders via Berjaya Corporation and PANDA systems.
· Receive, process, and fulfill internal and external parts orders accurately and on time.
· Prepare and manage inventory-related documentation (receipts, invoices, packing slips).
· Generate inventory reports and utilize inventory software; proficient in MS Office.
· Assist customers with parts inquiries, pricing, and basic marketing/promotional activities.
· Provide administrative support: manage correspondence, prepare meeting materials, and maintain records.
· Handle office supplies, document updates, and internal communication efforts.
· Support data collection, logistics, and departmental project coordination.
· Ensure cleanliness and safety of the work area.
· Uphold company vision, mission, and core values in all tasks.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
