HDSI: Drug Test Analyst

Job Objective: The primary objective is to perform and supervise Healthfirst Alabang - Drug Testing Laboratory according to the established regulations and standards of Department of Health.
Job Description: 1. Ensure the proper maintenance and efficient functioning of the Drug Test Laboratory. 2. Oversee the training of all laboratory staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties accurately and responsibly. 3. Ensure that all guidelines, protocols, and safety standards are strictly followed at all times within the laboratory. 4. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly working environment, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Qualification: 1. Educational Background: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology 2. Training and Experience: With or without experience as Drug Analyst in Drug test Laboratory (Screening) 3. Business knowledge: Carries out activities according to general procedures in medical practice. 4. Specific Knowledge: Passed, Medical Technology Board Exam and with Drug Analyst Accreditation 5. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: Must pass Reliance qualifying examination and psychological testing
