Legal Archivist is responsible for evaluating, preserving, organizing systematically, and arranging a collection of historical and legal documents or records and "artefacts'' providing information about a place, institution, or group of people . He/She is responsible for ensuring that these are stored over the long-term based on an organizational system that provides efficient retrieval. Participates in research activities based on archival materials.

The Legal Archivist preserves the safety and security of these records/documents/"artefacts" by making sure that these are not released without the express authorization of the COO/CHRO. Access to the archives must follow the prescribed MOP.

For Incorporation Compliance:

*

  • Prepares requirements for IPO application and files the same; keeps track of already filed marks with the IPO and files necessary responses for the protection of the marks.

  • Identify Trademark Classification for registration to IPO

  • Responsible for application and maintenance of intellectual properties especially trademarks and copyrights

  • Monitor new and existing trademark rules and regulations

  • Responsible in identifying trademarks that are due for renewal prior to its expiration

  • Creating, updating and maintenance of Trademarks and Copyrights database

  • Prepares the yearly filing of General Information Sheet (GIS) and any amendment of the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws.

For Incorporation's Filing:

  • Organize and keep safe all corporate documents and regulatory filings of all companies belonging to Delbros Group.

  • Organizes documentation for efficient records

  • Updates corporate record tracker

  • Retrieves corporate records as requested by authorized employees with the approval of the CEO.

  • Researches, collates and finalizes articles for weekly posting

  • Responsible for seeking experts in the restoration of art pieces, paintings, sculptures, artifacts, etc.

*QUALIFICATIONS

*

  • Graduate of any 4-year course

  • Must have at least 1 year of work-related experience.

  • Strong technology based skills set

  • Strong desire to keep records organized and recorded online in accordance with best practice

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be self motivated and must work with minimal supervision.
