The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, supplies, and services needed by the company. The role ensures cost-effective procurement, timely delivery, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality products.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of items.
  • Maintain supplier records, contracts, and procurement documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments on material requirements.
  • Resolve issues related to delivery, pricing, and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and budget guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
