Product Specialist

We are looking for motivated Product Specialist to support sales by providing in-depth product knowledge, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. You will act as a key link between our products and medical customers, ensuring their needs are met with solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge & Training:

• Knowledge in technical specifications and clinical applications of stents and balloon catheters
• Stay current on product updates, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Sales & Clinical Support:

• Assist sales representatives during product presentations, evaluations, and trials.
• Provide on-site support during procedures to ensure proper product usage and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital decision-makers.
• Address customer inquiries and provide post-sales support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Gather feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, product usage, and customer interactions.
• Ensure the stock level and ordering of stocks.

Qualifications

• Degree in any related field.
• At least 1-2 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to hospitals
