About the role

We are seeking a skilled Filler to join our team at Jadeblue Petroleum Inc. in Sariaya, Quezon. This is a full-time position responsible for efficiently and accurately filling containers with petroleum products. As a Filler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing and distribution processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Carefully measuring and filling containers with the appropriate petroleum products according to established procedures
  2. Monitoring filling equipment and making necessary adjustments to maintain consistent output
  3. Performing regular inspections and maintenance on filling equipment to ensure optimal performance
  4. Maintaining accurate records of production volumes, inventory levels, and any issues or irregularities
  5. Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and environmental regulations
  6. Collaborating with the production and logistics teams to address any challenges or bottlenecks

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar filling or packaging role within the manufacturing or logistics industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy
  3. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain filling equipment
  4. Familiarity with inventory management and quality control procedures
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with colleagues
  6. A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
