About the role

AUXILIA INC' is seeking a talented and dedicated Pure Non Voice Account Agent to join our growing team. As a Pure Non Voice Account Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various non-voice communication channels. This is a full-time position, with the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home in San Juan City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  2. Provide prompt and accurate information to customers, addressing their concerns and queries in a professional and courteous manner
  3. Assist customers with various account-related tasks, such as account updates, order processing, and troubleshooting
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

  3. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a non-voice capacity
